| Payments |

A credit card number holds your reservation. No charges will be made to your credit card until check-in. |

A check or cash deposit for one night or 50% of your stay, whichever is greater, must be received 5 days after making the reservation. During Fall Season and Special Events, the reservation must be prepaid.
| Cancellations |

If you give at least a 10-day notice of cancellation (except during Fall Season and Special Events), I will gladly refund your deposit. |

During the Fall Season and Special Events, cancellations must be made within 14 days of your reservation, or your reserved stay will be charged to your credit card, unless the room(s) can be rebooked for the same length of time as your reservation. |

Late cancellations (less than 10 days, or 14 days for Fall Season & Special Events) are subject to a $20 rebooking fee. |

In the event of a "no show", the entire stay will be charged to your credit card and any deposit is non-refundable. |
